Hi! My name is Ana, and I am the creator of Vegketodiet.com. I’ve been dieting for the most part of my life. But only keto proved to be the optimal way for me to control my weight while being well-fed and feeling great. I switched to a plant-based diet about a year ago and my journey turned out to be more challenging since then. But it has still been delicious (for the most part) and I am on a mission to share!
