In this article, I wanted to share the best keto-friendly desserts to buy. You don’t have to think twice about these ingredients before putting them into your mouth. 

Below is my personal list of keto-friendly candy from the store that you will enjoy without the pressure of looking over macros and that sort of thing.

For a vegan version, substitute egg and butter with a flaxseed egg and coconut oil. 

This dessert features allulose for sweetening. Allulose is a natural sweetener found in wheat, figs, and dates. If it’s your first time trying out food with allulose in it, I highly recommend trying out only half of the cake mix. That’s because allulose may cause cramping in some people. You need to ease into it to avoid digestive issues.

This brownie mix doesn’t need a lot of effort – all you have to do is add eggs and butter and microwave. Of course, since I’m vegan and keto, I will use a flax egg and coconut oil. Considering adding your favorite nuts to the brownies. Because what are brownies if they don’t have nuts in them! I recommend walnuts, pecans, and almonds. 

This brownie baking mix also has a relatively low carb content – as long as you don’t finish the whole pouch in one sitting. Restrict yourself to one small brownie a day. That will add up only 1g of carbs to your total. Sweet!

One of the reasons I like this keto dessert is because it features MCT oil. MCT oil is one of my favorite dietary supplements while on the keto diet. It makes ketosis happen faster.

Many of us keto-dieters have resigned ourselves to a fate of tasteless foods, but that doesn’t have to be the case. For instance, this Kiss my keto chocolate: It blew my mind with how delicious it is. It tastes almost just like regular dark chocolate, but a bit less sweet. Although this particular brand is not my favorite, as I believe their marketing is a bit misleading (and I explained myself in this blog). But all of us, even those on the most strict diet, deserve a treat from time to time.

The Max Mallow is one of the toppers among the easy keto desserts to buy. This marshmallow packs a pretty punch: It’s sugar-free, has grass-fed collagen, prebiotic fiber, and MCT oil. Wow, who knew a marshmallow could be… healthy? It’s great for keto but also perfect for diabetic patients. The sweeteners used are inulin, birch xylitol, and monk fruit. In place of sugar, stevia is used to sweeten the chocolate. While you wouldn’t exactly call me the biggest fan of stevia, sugar-free chocolate must come at a cost. 

Ordering this product in warm weather will probably be a bad idea because it can show up melted. Some chocolates are shipped in a cooler pack, but for some reason, this chocolate wasn’t. I froze it in the fridge and broke off the solid chunks, and had them. It was actually really good.
